We have a 15 day return policy
beginning on the day client receives their order
Items must be unworn unused unwashed and undamaged
items which do not comply with the above standards are not eligible for return
and items will be shipped back to client at their expense
Client is responsible for return shipping costs
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
Returns must be sent via postal service
We do not use DHL FEDEX or UPS
We recommend insuring shipment as we are not responsible
for damaged lost and untrackable packages
Return items must be accompanied by their original packaging
Damaged items from improper handling and packaging will be returned to client
without further exchange or refund
If an item arrived defective damaged or incorrect notify us instantly via email
within the same day of receiving the item
Provide 5 photos of each item to show the condition they arrived in
Refund will be credited to original purchaser of order
Once return item has been securely received refund will be processed
within 12 to 21 business days depending on the bank
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund
